A couple based in a small village in the Scottish Borders are offering a £50,000 salary for a nanny.
At first glance, the role seems too good to be true. Listed on Childcare.co.uk, the job description explains that the successful applicant will live rent-free, with their own en-suite room and a private kitchen. On top of the generous salary, they'll also receive 28 days of holiday.
As both live-in nanny and housekeeper, the role includes preparing breakfast, taking the couple's two children (aged 5 and 7) to school, helping with homework and getting them ready for bed.
But there's a catch: the house is haunted.

The couple, who have lived in the house for nearly 10 years, say they "feel it's important to be as up-front as possible to find the right person".
As part of the job description, they explain that five nannies have quit the role in the last year due to "supernatural incidents".
Previous nannies cite "strange noises, broken glass and furniture moving" as their reasons for leaving. Now, the parents are "keen to find the perfect long-term nanny" for their two young children.
They say they haven't experienced any "supernatural happenings" themselves, though: "they have been reported only while we've been out of the house"
Richard Conway, founder of Childcare.co.uk, confirmed to the Daily Mirror that the position is a genuine one.
He said some of the team at HQ "were sceptical" when the role was first listed, "but after talking to the family and their previous employees we realised it was a genuine position."
He added, "The family has assured us that no harm has come to anyone living in the house, however the nanny will have to have a strong disposition!"
